The University of Benin (UNIBEN) is set to award certificates to a total
of A total of 61 graduates will be awarded 12,808 students at its
forthcoming Convocation ceremony.
This was made known by the Vice Chancellor, Faraday Orumwense during a pre-convocation press briefing.
According to him, 9, 281 will bag first degrees, 233 post-graduate diplomas, 2,531 master’s degrees, 154 graduates, 95 undergraduate diplomas and 514 unclassified.
He further revealed that 61 students will emerge with first class degrees in the first degree category.
It was gathered that the Convocation Lecture will be delivered by Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola
